Cherry Hill Demons
The Cherry Hill Demons, based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, played one season in the Eastern Basketball Association (EBA), in 1971-72. The franchise had spent 1970-71 across the river in Camden as the Camden Bullets, a second team to use that name. That club went 12-16 and reached the division semifinals, led by Ben Warley.
The team moved to Cherry Hill for 1971-72 and became the Demons.
The Demons went 11-19 and finished fifth. One record source also lists the franchise under Hazleton names, Hurricanes and Bits, so it did not end in Cherry Hill. The same source lists Billy DeAngelis and Tony Manfredi as coaches that season.
